Requests are not bookings
Sending an estimate or maintenance-plan request starts a conversation. It does not create an appointment, service contract, subscription, or payment obligation.
Annual maintenance plans
Any plan services, timing, price, exclusions, billing, renewal, and cancellation terms must be separately agreed in writing before a plan begins.

These staging terms do not select governing law, liability limits, dispute procedures, or a legal entity name. Those items require client and legal review before launch.
