Service planning

Define the winter service before weather arrives

Snow removal services begin when snowfall accumulation reaches 3 inches at the property. Light dustings, flurries, and snowfall below this amount do not qualify for automatic service. The estimate also identifies the designated clearing areas, access requirements, and whether ice treatment is included.

Annual-plan snow service

How does seasonal snow service work?

For customers with annual maintenance agreements, qualifying snow events can be included in their monthly plan. Each agreement outlines the designated clearing areas, snowfall threshold, service expectations, and whether ice treatment is included.

Estimate and service limitations

What determines your estimate?

Snow removal pricing depends on driveway or surface size, slope, accessibility, obstacles, the clearing method required, snowfall conditions, and the level of service requested.

Snow and ice removal helps reduce accumulation and slippery conditions but cannot guarantee completely dry or ice-free surfaces.
